    Great Taste No Pain was a good I found when I was fighting some digestive discomfort While my physician recommended drugs, I opted for amanageable option my diet After reading Sherry s book, I learned about what it was that was causing my discomfort Following this author s recommendation, my digestive concerns disappeared I still use some of her recipes, but have leanedtoward vegan recipes She helped me understand my body s reaction to food better than anyone

    A good book with good reasoning behind it But unfortunately it didn t work for me due to having stomach ulcers BUT I do understand the importance of food combining I initially bought the book because of my ulcers, but realized that I was better off not eating meat and cheeses they re just too acidic.
